Key Responsibilities:

People management of assigned engineers Conduct 1:1s, share feedback regularly, and performance evaluations Career development plans & conversations Onboarding/Hiring Discuss, understand, share recommendations, and align goals with the management Own & drive projects assigned end-to-end Responsible for planning, estimation, execution, risks management, and quality.

Responsible for assigned new programs readiness, tracking, and reporting.

Drive best practices, automation, and efficiency gains, use of AI.

Primary point of contact for assigned projects & 1st level escalation Work with Tech Leads, QA/RTE, Program Mgr, Architects, and Leadership Work with IT on issues related to jira/confluence/enabling the team with required HW/SW needs.

Required Experience:

14+ years of software development experience with minimum 3+ years as people manager.

Must have handled at least two projects from the scratch and familiar with software development life cycles.

Experience: developing software applications on both Windows & Linux environments.

Experience: working in Atlassian Jira & Confluence software, and Github.

Fair knowledge in AI tools like Co-pilot.

Scripting experience, and BI experience will be a plus.

Prior experience working in semi-conductor industry will be a plus.
