The Manager will promote AMD technology, oversee EPYC program success, and support industry partners in launching solutions built on AMD EPYC products. In this highly cross-functional position, you’ll work closely with engineering, marketing, finance, legal, and executive teams while engaging directly with ODM/CM partners and component suppliers to ensure seamless program execution.
THE PERSON:

- Equally effective working independently or in a team setting.
- Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.
- Skilled at building internal and external relationships, influencing stakeholders, and driving outcomes across global supply chains.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with AMD experts to address customer challenges.
- Conduct technical sessions and design solutions that align with end-user goals.
- Ensure N+1 development systems meet industry-wide hardware/software requirements.
- Enable industry partners with tools, reference servers, and pre-production silicon.
- Manage ODM/CM partners through full project lifecycles (delivery, quality, cost).
- Drive supplier performance through QBRs, scorecards, and corrective actions.
- Provide quality oversight in collaboration with AMD Quality & Engineering.
- Oversee platform allocation and demand balancing across SSG.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations for risk mitigation.
MEASURES OF SUCCESS:
- On-time delivery of development systems tied to program milestones.
- Achievement of QBR performance targets with measurable improvements.
- Reduction in quality incidents and faster closure of corrective actions.
- Optimized platform allocation across SSG stakeholders.
- Strong partner adoption and positive feedback from IHVs, OSVs, ODMs/CMs.
- Demonstrated cost savings, improved efficiency, and effective risk management.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Engineering or technical background with customer-facing or partner management expertise.
- Knowledge of market verticals (cloud, enterprise, OEM/ODM engagement, datacenter).
- Hardware or software development experience.
- Proven success managing ODM/CM projects, including quality and QBR processes.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to influence executive stakeholders.
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (or equivalent industry experience), with 10+ years of experience.
