  • Data Modeling & Governance: Develop robust data models, taxonomies, and governance policies for PLM, PDM, and BOM systems.
  • Automation & AI Integration: Drive automation initiatives and leverage AI technologies, including chatbot development, to enhance data workflows and user experience.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Design and deliver advanced reporting solutions and dashboards using data visualization tools.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement scalable solutions for data lifecycle management.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate program status, risks, and benefits to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Extensive experience in Master Data Management within large, global organizations.
  • Hands-on experience with PLM, PDM, and BOM management systems (e.g., Teamcenter, Windchill, SAP PLM).
  • Expertise in data modeling, governance frameworks, and taxonomy development.
  • Strong background in automation tools, AI-driven solutions, and chatbot development.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and analytics (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and integration with PLM/PDM platforms.
  • Proven success in program management, leading cross-functional teams and managing complex initiatives.
  • Semiconductor industry experience or familiarity with high-tech manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards (ISO, ITAR) and data security best practices.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms and modern data stack.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related technical field required.
