The Role:

We are seeking highly motivated candidates with a passion who will serve as reliability engineers. This role is crucial to ensuring products meet stringent reliability, quality, longevity standards and responsible for defining, developing, and executing the overall reliability strategy from concept design through mass production. This position will also lead Root Cause Analysis for complex failure modes and drive effective corrective actions.

The Person: Ability to work autonomously and requiring minimal supervision. Exceptional collaboration skills and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience in leading technical discussions and meetings with customers. A strong commitment to delivering consistently high-quality deliverables and maintaining professional standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and execute project reliability test activities
• Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Derating calculation and MTBF prediction
• Issue submission and failure analysis and tracking
• Keep improving reliability process and automation script

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in a reliability engineering role
• Familiar with automation script development
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
