Responsibilities:
- Lead and support offensive and defensive patent litigation matters in U.S. federal courts and, where applicable, foreign jurisdictions.
- Collaborate with outside counsel on litigation strategy, discovery, motion practice, expert development, and trial preparation.

- Drive early dispute resolution efforts while maintaining readiness to escalate matters offensively or defensively.
- Analyze and respond to indemnity requests, patent assertion letters and NPE demands, developing strong invalidity and non-infringement positions to defend against third-party claims and support counterclaims or offensive litigation.
- Coordinate internal technical reviews and work with IP and engineering teams to identify and pursue opportunities for enforcing the company’s intellectual property rights.
Preferred Experience:
-
Experience focused on patent litigation, including responsibility for managing or supporting cases.
