We are looking for a Salesforce Developer / Administrator with 2–4 years of hands-on experience to design, build, and support Salesforce-based solutions that power critical seller and internal workflows. In this role, you will work across Salesforce configuration and development, automation, and operations, contributing to secure, scalable, and highly reliable systems. This position is ideal for someone strong in Salesforce fundamentals who is eager to grow into system-level and platform engineering roles.
Key job responsibilities

Salesforce Development & Administration:

Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, and SOQL. Configure core Salesforce features such as objects, fields, validation rules, approval processes, and page layouts. Design and maintain scalable data models, ensuring data integrity, performance, and reliability. Manage profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and role hierarchies to enforce secure and compliant access. Support Salesforce integrations using APIs, Platform Events, and standard connectors.

Automation & Operations:

Automate business workflows using Flows and Apex to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive sustainable fixes. Support releases, deployments, and sandbox management, while monitoring system health to ensure high availability and operational stability.

Collaboration & Growth:

Collaborate closely with product managers, TPMs, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and best-practice reviews. Document solutions, support operational readiness, and continuously adopt Salesforce and platform best practices.
AWS & GenAI Exposure (Good to Have)
Basic exposure to AWS services for integrations or backend processing, awareness of GenAI use cases such as automation and insights, and a willingness to learn and support AI-enabled workflows in the future.
A day in the life
Develop and enhance Salesforce features using Apex, LWC, Flows, and configurations
Configure objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, and permissions to meet business requirements
Provide day-to-day production support, triage incoming issues, and respond to incidents within defined SLAs
Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement long-term preventive fixes
Automate workflows to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency
Work closely with product managers, TPMs, QA, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues
Participate in stand-ups, design discussions, and code reviews
Validate fixes and enhancements in sandboxes and support deployments and releases
Monitor system health, data quality, and platform performance to ensure reliability
Maintain support documentation, runbooks, and SOPs for common issues.

Basic Qualifications
