【業務概要】
AmazonはFulfilment Center（FC）／Corporate Officeで働くIT Support Engineerの応募をお待ちしております。日本のFCでは何百万点もの商品を取り揃えており、毎日世界中に配送しています。まずはFCの中の'物の流れ'を知っていただきます。その後、ITの観点から変更や改善を行っていただくようになります。ITインフラの構築・運用をサポートし、FC内のすべてのITインフラが問題なく安定的に稼働していることが求められます。Amazonでは一日として同じ日はありません。多くの変化と多様な環境の中で活躍していただきます。最先端の設備であるAmazonロボティクスが導入されている配送センター、デリバリーステーションのインフラをゼロから構築し、我々のお客様であるOperationsチームが使い始めるまでの導入サポート、ライフサイクルを迎えたシステムの総入れ替えなどをご担当いただくことになります。

Job Overview:

Amazon is looking for IT Support Engineers to work at our Fulfilment Centers (FCs) and Corporate Office. Our FCs in Japan carry millions of products, shipped to customers around the world every day. You will start by gaining a thorough understanding of the 'flow of goods' within the FC, and from there, you will take on responsibilities for making changes and improvements from an IT perspective. You will be expected to support the construction and operation of IT infrastructure, ensuring that all IT systems within the FC run smoothly and reliably at all times. No two days at Amazon are the same — you will thrive in an environment of constant change and diversity. You will be responsible for building IT infrastructure from the ground up at delivery stations and fulfillment centers equipped with Amazon Robotics — our state-of-the-art technology — providing go-live support until our internal customers, the Operations team, are fully up and running, as well as overseeing full system replacements at end-of-lifecycle. Assignment Location:
OTS DPM Team, Meguro Office
(Initial training will be conducted at our Meguro headquarters. Going forward, work locations may include sites across Japan.)

Key Responsibilities and Breakdown:

• Internal helpdesk support (10%)
• IT infrastructure, systems, and client device support within fulfillment centers (10%)
• Various project support related to new deployment initiatives (80%)

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of Windows Server technologies: AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM experience
• 2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment experience
• 2+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation experience
• 1+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery experience
• 2+ years of networking (such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP) experience
• 2+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience
• 2+ years of supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment experience
• Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese at a business level or above (N1+)

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience
• 2+ years of vendor management experience
