This is an opportunity to join a new team in the Amazon logistics business. We are looking for a highly-driven, entrepreneurial, analytical and customer-obsessed Sales manager working as Associate Business Developer for Amazon Shipping Italy.
You will be joining the team recently launched in Italy and will be responsible for the commercial activity for small and medium companies, reaching out to new prospect and negotiating with them to onboard in the program. You will also collect market and customers insights to ensure we continue to improve our product and delight our customers.

You are the ideal candidate if:

  • You are excited by partnering in developing a new start-up
  • You are a self-starter, and can juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often highly ambiguous environment
  • You have strong sales attitude and the drive to meet and exceed program goals and revenue targets.
  • You are able to communicate with senior leaders in a clear, concise and structured manner - particularly in written form
  • You can easily shift from strategic thinking to rolling up your sleeves and executing, in order to deliver results

This role will be based in Milan and with moderate travel (maximum 25%).
Italian speaking is required

  • Key job responsibilities
  • Deliver Results: identify strong prospects and close successful deals with them.
  • Customer relationship management: Building and maintaining strong relationship with our potential future strategic customers
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Relay market needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams including Product Management and Technical
  • Dive deep: Measure performance, articulate root-cause analysis, and link to specific improvement areas
  • Invent and Simplify: Analyze current purchasing processes and evaluate opportunities for solutions to improve end user experiences, reduce costs, and accelerate organization performance

Basic Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of relevant Sales experience
