Your day will be a blend of strategic analysis, collaborative planning, and creative problem-solving. You'll dive into complex workforce data, develop predictive models, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our staffing strategies align perfectly with business objectives. Expect to engage in dynamic discussions, craft compelling presentations, and make meaningful recommendations that impact our entire organization.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business economics, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, information technology or equivalent
- 3+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
- 3+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience
- 3+ years of experience in an analytical role (Work Force Management, Capacity planning, Finance, Business Analysis) or related role
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- Experience in financial modeling, P&L management or analysis

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
