We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Associate to join India Global Selling (INGS). INGS empowers individuals and businesses to expand their reach to customers worldwide. Since inception, Amazon India has enabled over $20B in global exports, helping businesses, exporters, D2C brands, and entrepreneurs scale their products to international markets.
The candidate will drive impact, streamline execution and efficiencies, and power our sales engine. You'll be the orchestrator to execute our strategy, provide data-driven insights and bring in operational excellence.
Key job responsibilities

Sales Operations & Process Management
-
Execute funnel processes for the sales team to support business operations, empowering the team to execute core selling activities and increase productivity

Develop analytics and implement dashboards to increase sales productivity conversion rates, and sales velocity from different Sales funnel cohorts.

Manage end-to-end lead operations process, from lead generation to qualification to distribution and tracking conversion across sales teams.

Partner with third-party (3P) vendors to enrich Leads, evaluate vendor performance, and ensure quality lead flow that drives pipeline growth.

Maintain a clean and accurate sales funnel pipeline by implementing data hygiene protocols, regular audits, and validation processes to ensure data integrity across all stages

Track and analyze conversion metrics at each funnel stage (lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-conversion) to identify bottlenecks and optimize conversion rates

Leverage advanced Excel skills including complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, and macros/VBA to analyze large datasets

Systems & Tools Management

Develop and maintain CRM systems, sales automation tools, and data warehouse integrations

Build scalable data pipelines connecting multiple systems (ERP, CRM, BI tools) using Excel as a central analysis hub

Create data validation frameworks and quality control processes to ensure accuracy across sales systems
A day in the life
This role will play a critical part in scaling and expanding our sales operations. You'll start your day by analyzing Sales funnel data using advanced Excel models, identifying trends and anomalies. You'll build automated reports that synthesize data from multiple sources. Throughout the day, you'll collaborate with sales teams to understand their challenges and build Excel-based tools that solve real problems. An ideal candidate is analytical, autonomous, and drives cross-functional collaboration with effective communication skills.
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- 4+ years of using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze large sets of data experience
- Advanced Excel proficiency including Complex formulas and functions, Power Query (Get & Transform) for data transformation and automation, Data modeling and What-If analysis tools, Macros and VBA programming for process automation, Power Pivot and DAX for large dataset analysis
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce
- Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tool
- Bachelor's degree, or experience in SQL data manipulation
