A day in the life
As a Senior Product Designer at Amazon Health, you'll tackle some of our most complex customer problems. You're expected to think like an owner and raise the bar for customer experience. Your day might be involve collaborating with UX Researchers on a new study, brainstorming innovative solutions with Product Managers, or presenting your latest designs to senior leadership. You'll use your organizational and communication skills to bring clarity to ambiguous situations, working strategically with team members across the organization.

Basic Qualifications

• 7+ years of UX designer or interaction designer experience
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• An online portfolio demonstrating end-to-end, user-centered design solutions across desktop and mobile devices
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Experience designing for healthcare or other complex, regulated industries
• Strong visual design skills with the ability to create polished, aesthetically pleasing interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance user experience
• Proven strategic thinker who can influence product strategy through design thinking and user advocacy
• Strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and user-centered design methodologies
• Experience working in fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environments
• Ability to leverage analytics and qualitative data to shape product decisions and track the effectiveness of changes
• Experience owning projects, communicating timelines, aligning stakeholders, and executing independently
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Naturally curious, finding inspiration beyond the screen through people, analogous experiences, and diverse sources
• Experience in architecting interaction patterns for generative systems and a proven ability to leverage AI-driven workflows to design, prototype, and refine intelligent product features.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
