Position: Senior Manager, Operations (multiple positions available)
Location: Shreveport, Louisiana
Multiple Positions Available:
- Manage operations and logistics related to our workforce such as performance, productivity, safe work environment policies/procedures, and OSHA compliance, and adherence to quality control standards;
- Manage and lead operations and salaried workforce/team of area managers to correct quality defects and effect process efficiencies to improve customer experience for Global Supply Chain Fulfillment/Distribution operations;
- Perform capacity planning and analysis;
- Assess and optimize processes and equipment;
- Recommend changes to work methods and labor standards that increase operational efficiency and safety;
- Drive Kaizen projects using Lean Process Improvement, Six Sigma methodologies and other performance metrics/process improvements and statistical decision-making tools to increase efficiency within processes, forecasting, planning, optimization, and logistics;
- Conduct qualitative/quantitative data analysis to support business decision making and cross functional initiatives;
- Work closely with support staff (HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT and Sr. Operations Managers) to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives in their area, as well as providing needed support and resources for other staff initiatives. This also involves taking proactive steps, coordinating cross-functionally across different business units, to ensure that best practices are shared across all departments, shifts and among the network; and
- Perform deep-dive analysis of complex data collected from the processes of the operations such as how orders are taken and processed, to the items available for selection and how these items are shipped and reach the customer, and continually innovate and optimize the processes for cost reduction and operation efficiency.
- Domestic travel up to 15% to perform role responsibilities may be required.
(40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $154,544.00/year to $164,400.00/year)

Basic Qualifications
A Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Economics, Finance, or related discipline and 2 years of experience in client management, management consulting, technical management, logistics engineering, or related occupation. In the alternative, employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Engineering, Supply Chain, Economics, Finance or related discipline followed by 5 progressively responsible years of experience in client management, management consulting, technical management, logistics engineering, or related occupation.
Experience must include:
- 2 years of business strategy experience including forecasting, planning, optimization, and client management.
- 2 years of business operations management utilizing software applications/technology platforms.
- 1 year of cross-functional coordination experience across different business units and experience conducting qualitative/quantitative data analysis to support business decision making and cross-functional initiatives.
