We are a customer obsessed company. As a 3rd party logistics provider (3PL) Inventory Control Quality Assurance (ICQA) specialist, you’ll strive to ensure the accuracy of the inventory and the quality of products in the warehouse to meet and exceed our customers' expectations.
To do this you will be collaborating with 3PL provider's teams to understand root causes of inventory inaccuracy as well as product defects and contribute to define the corrective and preventive actions for resolutions, taking initiative for identifying potential process improvement actions towards the better. You will also be coordinating day-to-day activities, monitoring inventory accuracy and auditing the process, deep diving data to analyze issues and report, acting as a communications bridge between Amazon's core fulfillment centers (FC) in the region and the 3PL provider.
Additionally, identifying 3PL's training needs, applying SOPs in the shopfloor, being a part of project management process, learn and development activities will be a part of your scope.

Basic Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) experience
• High school or equivalent diploma
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
• Data, metric analysis and reporting
