This team is responsible for building the core measurement and modeling capabilities that serve all of Amazon Ads, helping advertisers understand the true impact of their advertising investments.
As the leader of this team, you will own the technical vision and product roadmap for measurement services, working closely with cross-functional partners including Product, UX, Science, and other engineering teams. You will drive innovations in modeled measurement—leveraging state-of-the-art machine learning and Generative AI models to generate accurate measurement signals where user identity is unavailable. Additionally, you will lead efforts to leverage transformer models to build GenAI foundational models that support Amazon Ads broadly, starting with measurement applications.

  • Foster a culture of technical excellence and customer obsession
  • Product & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Applied Scientists, Data Scientists, and Economists who are advancing measurement science and causal inference
  • Work closely with Product and UX partners to ensure we’re focused on delivering the right product for customers
  • Partner with Science teams on improving modeled measurement accuracy and developing GenAI foundational models
