This position is to provide finance support to Amazon Global Logistic import FBA business. Currently Global Logistic finance team is responsible for sales&marketing support, origin cost analysis and planning, Japan and Emerging market and Financial Automation. The team conducts daily transaction support (e.g. contract approval, customer bill review & approval, vendor bill validation & approval, customer refund approval, etc.), month-end accrual & reconciliation, and finance process construction & enhancement. While driving system automation initiatives with product and tech teams to minimize resource requirement, the team needs to support ambitious business growth as planned for coming years.

1. Data consolidation and analysis, FBA in-transit AP/AR and delivered revenue accrual and provide full data source for accounting month end closing. Ability to handle tight deadline and provide insight to address the questions from partner teams.
2. Provide business insights for accounting and Finance operation for monthly reconciliation.
3. Support UAT for AR automation project launch, data analysis and provide finance thoughts.
4. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales / operation/ product (US/EU/CN), support daily seller refund, cash, monthly write-off and quarterly bad debt reserve.
5. Improve finance process and control, support business change request analysis and decision

Basic Qualifications

• 1+ years of finance experience
• 1+ years of transactional accounting field experience
• 1+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
• Knowledge of standard software including Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL and VBA skills
• Experience using data to influence business decisions
• Experience in handling internal & external audits
• Experience summarizing and communicating important data

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in TM1, Data Warehouse and SQL
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in transportation or supply chain within a high-volume logistics, manufacturing or engineering environment
