To support this business and its growth, Amazon is seeking a Finance Manager for AWS EMEA Independent Software Vendor (ISV), a business area representing approximately 20% of EMEA revenue.

In this business partner role, the Finance Manager will work in a dynamic team, with the opportunity to make a true impact on the business. The FM will partner closely with the EMEA Director and their teams, providing strategic support by combining data and business judgement into insights, generating operational and strategic guidance and impact. Further, the FM will drive innovation to improve our tools, processes and business decisions.

• Key job responsibilities
• Ownership of key reporting metrics (KPI’s) and narratives to help business partners understand the business performance
• Partner with business teams to implement new processes & tools and drive the improvement of existing processes & tools
• Provide strategic support to key business initiatives and investment
• Present financial summary and business insights to senior management
• Drive short- and long-term financial planning
• Tighten internal controls

Basic Qualifications

• Experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses
• Experience in building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
• Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results
• Demonstrable experience working in finance business partner or FP&A role, ideally in similar size organisation

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, or CPA
• Knowledge of SQL/ETL
