Position: General MKTG II (multiple positions available)
Location: Bellevue, WA
Multiple Positions Available:
- Gather information to define and execute the vision for marketing strategies and campaigns with global scope.
- Conduct research to understand advertisers' business priorities and pain points on campaign settings, and develop scaled yet highly customized advertising solutions.
- Research and develop an iterative testing strategy to gain insights and continuously improve the customer experience through optimized messaging and targeting.
- Gather information and develop an annual marketing plan to align on key growth areas, maintaining a complete project schedule, and making it constantly visible to leadership and stakeholders.
- Own highly visible demand generation focused marketing campaigns from beginning to end from gathering of requirements, design and development, to testing, launching, and reporting.
- Create on-brand, best in class content, tailored to appropriate customers and effectively build engaging campaigns.
- Work with worldwide marketing managers, content creators, designers, program managers, and business leadership to align channel initiatives with cross-functional team goals.
- Analyze, report on, and optimize against key performance metrics.
- Employ search marketing tactics, analyze web metrics, and develop recommendations to increase search engine ranking and visibility to target markets.
- Handle large data sets and analyze data to deliver impactful solutions.
- Manage Global SEO team of 2 Search Engine Optimization Managers and manage their performance review.
- Domestic and international travel up to 15% to perform role responsibilities may be required.
Basic Qualifications
A Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in design, communications, Requirements marketing, business, or equivalent experience and 1 year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
Employer will accept three years of experience in the job offered or related occupation as equivalent to a Bachelors degree and one year of experience.
Must have one year of experience in the following skills:
- 1 year of experience with digital content project management experience.
- 1 year of experience developing multi-platform content strategy and help in producing quality and on-brand content.
- 1 year of experience cultivating relationships and working collaboratively with internal partners and external vendors.
- 1 year of experience working with an e-commerce team with new product launch ideas and weekly promotional ideas.
- 1 year of experience developing performance, sales and budget reports of campaigns in order to maximize ROI.
