Key job responsibilities
Amazon is seeking a motivated candidate to develop innovative solutions and manage our transportation network regarding Drop-off and Customer Pickup Points and its sellers. As a Transportation Analyst, you will have to:

Represent Amazon Drop-off & Pick-up with our partners and drive sustainable account growth

Develop and optimize mechanisms and tools to enable scalable and efficient partner engagement
-
Managing cross-functional project teams, planning, organizing, and executing complex projects across multiple organizations (Operations, Business Development, Finance, etc.) and stakeholders
-
Manages new countries to scale-ready state
-
Lead initiatives to optimize for scale, schedule and cost
-
Prepare and deliver data-driven operational business reviews to senior management
-
Manage and analyze performance metrics;
-
Continuously seek to improve processes and unblock bottlenecks;

Generate and analyze reports;

Contact partners representing Amazon to establish commercial relationship

Track partner engagement, registration and onboard

Develop and optimize mechanisms and tools to enable scalable and efficient partner engagement

Dive deep on data to obtain insights that improve partner experience

Present data-driven insights on business impacts

Implement review mechanisms to monitor, analyze and report partner/location performance and derive pro-active follow-up actions

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in logistics
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with external customer interaction
Preferred Qualifications
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience in an operational role
- Experience in direct sales and partner sales leadership
- Experience with sales approach in order convert leads to a determined service
