Today, more than 58% of worldwide purchases from Amazon are made from third-party businesses. That’s $160B in sales, mostly from Small- and Medium-sized businesses. Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) enables these businesses (our Selling Partners) to hand over the heavy lifting of warehousing, payment processing, delivery returns and customer service to Amazon, utilizing the capabilities that Amazon has built over the last 25 years.

The Australian FBA team is seeking a highly motivated, data-driven Program Manager to drive Inbound Seller Experience. A successful Program Manager must have strong analytical abilities, advanced SQL and excel skills, relationship building and stakeholder management experience, an ability to work under tight deadlines, a track record of delivering results and be an independent self-starter. This role will be instrumental in improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing seller satisfaction across the FBA network.

There are also a great range of benefits that make Amazon a great place to work, including our popular Dogs At Work program which has been proven to lower stress and boost morale and is now running successfully in our corporate offices around Australia.

Our commuter benefits scheme allows employees to save on the cost of getting to and from work while Amazon also offers subsidized health insurance for employees and their dependents on top of salary continuance (income protection), and life insurance.

Amazon has all kinds of jobs for all kinds of people, and prides itself on hiring individuals with all types of background and experiences and celebrates diversity of leadership and thought as a key component in its mission to create the most customer-centric company in the world.
