Storytelling

Twitch is where live happens. Every day, creators and communities connect through gaming, music, sports, and culture. For brands, this is a uniquely authentic way to reach Gen Z and millennial audiences through creator-led, live, and interactive experiences.
As a Twitch ADM within Amazon Ads, you will own revenue growth in your country by packaging creator/streamer-led solutions, live sponsorships, and video media into high-impact campaigns. You’ll work directly with media agencies and brands (especially social/influencer/content teams) to educate, design, and deliver programs that are culturally resonant, brand-safe, and performance-minded. You thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and translate ideas into commercial outcomes.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Be the market’s Twitch expert for live streaming, creators/streamers, and Gen Z engagement; run client education and planning sessions;
Build senior relationships across media, planning, social/influencer, and brand teams; originate briefs and grow incremental spends. Sell custom creator programs (streamer integrations, co-created content, live tentpoles, commerce extensions) with clear KPIs;
Advise on brand safety/suitability, creator selection and contracting, disclosure/usage rights, and best-practice messaging for live.
Orchestrate execution with Creative Strategy, Ad Tech/Amazon DSP, Events, and Production; ensure delivery, measurement, and case studies.
Convert cultural and platform trends into actionable proposals.
