The Prime Video International (PVI) Marketing Team is responsible for driving customer growth and engagement, through a broad combination of marketing channels across marketplaces. Our team owns the Owned & Operated (O&O) marketing channels including Prime Video Storefront, Email, Amazon retail, and more. We support markets across Europe, Latin America, Canada, and more.

We are seeking a results-oriented digital marketer who will be responsible for driving acquisition, engagement and retention for Prime Video through our owned and operated (O&O) channels.

As Jr. O&O Marketing Manager for Prime Video, you will be part of the team responsible for driving a best in class customer experience by (1) managing the Fire TV (FTV) O&O channel including the execution of campaigns across the channel, (2) experimenting with the FTV channel with goal of driving acquisition and engagement, (3) measuring impact and efficiency of merchandising strategies on FTV to iterate and improve performance.

You’ll have an eye for compelling merchandising, demonstrable expertise in end-to-end campaign execution, and strong organizational skills. You will hold a high bar for measurement of merchandising activities and will define success metrics, measurement methods and reporting processes for your efforts. You will learn from and share best practices across Prime Video teams. Our environment is fast-paced and requires someone who is flexible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working effectively in a deadline-driven work environment.

  • Key job responsibilities
  • Owning the merchandising setup and launch of campaigns for Prime Video across FTV
  • Creating and scheduling individual merchandising campaigns to the FTV channel, including new title launches, Sports, and additional promotional campaigns
  • Collaborating across regions to manage our SOPs and ensure our share of voice allocation within FTV
  • Optimizing campaigns, messaging and navigation through frequent testing and data analysis, documenting the results, sharing best practices, and forming recommendations for next steps
  • Identifying opportunities for process efficiency and automation, working cross-functionally with channel and product leads to implement improvements

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • 1+ years of Salesforce, Tableau, Vidyard, and Excel experience
  • 1+ years of designing, building, and launching successful email engagement programs, specifically lifecycle/nurture programs experience
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with a major brand or entertainment company in project/production management
  • Experience in e-commerce, start ups, advertising, commercial
  • Experience using data visualization tools
