Are you passionate about operations excellence and ready to make an impact in Amazon's fast-growing delivery network? As an Account Specialist III for our Hub program, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the daily management of operational duties across multiple workstreams. Working with stakeholders at various levels, you'll leverage your analytical skills to identify improvements, monitor key metrics, and ensure smooth delivery operations.
This position requires someone who thrives in a complex environment, can seamlessly transition between implementation and communication, and is committed to continuously raising the bar on quality. You'll be supervising logistics teams, partnering with delivery service providers, and driving operational excellence across our Hub network that's rapidly expanding globally.
- Key job responsibilities
- Supervise dispatch operations and monitor on-road shipments, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining operational excellence across the Hub network
- Analyze store performance metrics, leveraging mapping tools to optimize distribution of active stores and improve the delivery process
- Manage key operational metrics including cost monitoring of supply runs and capacity management for effective volume balancing
- Partner with field team members and station stakeholders to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities that enhance the customer experience
- Support delivery service providers by monitoring coordinator and associate performance, providing coaching, and setting clear expectations to raise the bar on quality deliverables
A day in the life
Your day begins with reviewing performance metrics from the previous day's operations, identifying any areas needing immediate attention. You'll participate in morning huddles with station stakeholders where you present program quality metrics and collaborate on solutions to operational challenges. Throughout the day, you'll supervise dispatch operations, monitor on-road shipments, and work closely with delivery associates to ensure smooth execution. You'll also analyze data to identify improvement opportunities, balance delivery capacity, and provide crucial support to our delivery partners when unexpected challenges arise.

The Hub program is part of Amazon's fast growing and always evolving delivery program. We partner with customer-focused small business owners who deliver to Amazon customers in some of the most complex last mile scenarios. Our team is building the Hub network in UAE, Egypt, Japan, Mexico, Spain and the US, while planning for global expansion. We're passionate about innovation and creating solutions that enhance the delivery experience.
