We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead strategic initiatives across Middle Mile pickup operations, network optimization, and partner management. This role will drive operational excellence, cost efficiency, and scalability across India's fulfillment network while managing critical programs that impact customer experience and business profitability.

Key job responsibilities

1. Loss Recovery & Cost Optimization: Partner with Seller Loss Prevention (SLP) to implement and scale Loss Recovery program
2. Launch programs to drive down CPS for middle mile pickup channel.
3. Quality & Compliance Excellence: Work closely with TRC team to develop and execute comprehensive TRC audit execution plan and ensure compliance with operational standards across all partner facilities
4. Create and collaborate with partner teams create network optimization strategies and partner with operations team to establish and drive seamless operations. Create comprehensive partner engagement strategy
5. Lead partner engagement initiatives and conduct detailed cost calculations by launching Partner scorecard system to track performance metrics
   Establish Partner escalation management mechanism for issue resolution
   Conduct monthly Partner MBR (Monthly Business Reviews)
   Design and implement Partner Recognition & Rewards (R&R) program

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 3+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
