- Provide impactful coaching to guide business leaders and senior managers.
- Leverage data-driven analysis to influence business partners with compelling recommendations.
- Partner with local/global HR teams to support business unit needs and contribute to global HR initiatives.
- Lead HR projects and key initiatives in collaboration with global and local HR teams.
- Continuously enhance communication practices and employee engagement programs.
- Analyze, design, and refine people programs, policies and practices to cultivate positive employee relations.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or Master's degree
- 3+ years of employee relations, labor relations, human relations or labor/employment law experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
