Als Receptionist bist du verantwortlich für folgende Aufgaben:

·Begrüßung und Betreuung von externen und internen Gästen
·Ansprechpartner unsere Mitarbeiter des Logistikzentrums
·Unterstützung bei der Organisation von Veranstaltungen und Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Ablaufs
·Unterstützung für Sonderprojekte sowie einmalige Aktionen
·Koordinierung von Posteingang sowie –ausgang sowie Materialbestellungen
·Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Meetings
·Zuverlässige Weiterleitung aller relevanten Informationen
·Zeitnahe Erledigung aller administrativen Aufgaben im Front Office – Bereich
·Organisation des Swags-Lager inkl. Bestellung, Ausgabe, Inventur

Die Stelle ist auf 1 Jahr befristet.

Basic Qualifications

• fortgeschrittene Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• grundlegende Englischkenntnisse
• Schichtflexibilität einschließlich Wochenenden und ggf. Nachtarbeit
• Computerkenntnisse, einschließlich Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Kontaktstärke
• Ziel- und serviceorientierter Denk- und Arbeitsstil

Preferred Qualifications

• Erfahrung in Bürotätigkeiten
