アマゾンジャパンは、プロキュアメント部門において、フルフィルメントセンターにおける調達購買業務のシニアスペシャリストを探しています。本ポジションは、アマゾンが強みとする迅速な配送スピードを実現するために、各ファンクションリーダーと一緒になり、調達購買業務の目標を、内外の関係部署と調整して、達成可能なマネジメントを行っていただきます。既存フルフィルメントセンターだけでなく、新規フルフィルメントセンターの設備設計から設備導入、技術部門と一緒に、予算作成から発注、工程管理、原価構造分析、原価低減活動、見積の妥当性確認、新規サプライヤー開拓、VA/VE活動も含めて、総合的に携わって頂きます。

The procurement department (procurement and purchasing department) is a department that is constructing new solutions that are not bound by conventional models in anticipation of future changes in the logistics industry and an increase in product types, and is a department that integrates with suppliers and technical departments to manage their costs and delivery dates. Furthermore, in order to support this growth in a stable manner, we will formulate and implement an effective supplier strategy, including carrying out regular audits at the site.

Amazon Japan is looking for a Category Manager for the fulfillment center in the procurement department. In this position, in order to achieve rapid delivery speed, which Amazon is an advantage, you will work together with each function leader, coordinate procurement and purchasing business goals with related internal and external departments, and carry out achievable management. In addition to existing fulfillment centers, you will be comprehensively involved in equipment design for new fulfillment centers, equipment introduction, and technical departments, including budget preparation, ordering, process management, cost structure analysis, cost reduction activities, confirmation of the validity of estimates, development of new suppliers, and VA/VE activities.

Basic Qualifications

• 1+ years of Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) experience
• 1+ years of employee and performance management experience
• 3+ years of supply chain experience
• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
• Experience with supplier or vendor relationship management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in procurement
• Experience in Coupa or other financial management/procurement software
