-You will be an owner and fully accountable of the payroll processing cycle for a country or a company depending on size and complexity
-Payroll Balances and controls at input and output (Source to Gross, Gross to Net)
-Payroll Accounting support
-Complex payroll queries & escalations
-Vendor operations management
-Point of contact for stakeholders (Benefits, Compensation, Stock Options, HR Services, Local HR, Recruitment, Accounting, Treasury and others)
-Projects: process improvement (Six Sigma), country expansions, new payroll setup

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of finance or HR experience
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English and French
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Windows Operating Systems
• Experience using data to influence business decisions
• Experience in financial/business analysis
• Experience in internal audit and risk management or equivalent
• Experience using People Soft, SAP, ADP or other HR management and Payroll systems as well as call center applications
• Bachelor's degree, or experience using People Soft, Oracle, SAP, ADP or other HR management and Payroll systems as well as call center applications
• Experience working with basic employment law and HR or payroll practices

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
• Experience with HR processes and systems
