Our Solutions Architects team is seeking experienced Enterprise Solutions Architects to partner with industry-leading customers on their cloud transformation journeys. In this highly technical and customer-facing role, you will engage directly with customers to understand their business drivers, assess application portfolios and technology requirements, and design reliable, cost-effective, and scalable cloud architectures on AWS.

Basic Qualifications

• 7+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent work experience
• Experience architecting infrastructure solutions using both Linux/Unix and Windows with specific recommendations on server, load balancing, HA/DR, & storage architectures
• Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients
• Experience in a technical role within a sales organization and working with end user or developer communities
• Business Communication in English and Spanish

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with the AWS platform, web services, software development, or related technologies.
• 5+ years infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience.
• Experience solving problems with technology in the Telecommunications industry.
• AWS certification, such as, AWS Solutions Architect, or a similar cloud certification.
• Experience writing and publishing technical documents or equivalent.
• Experience working with Generative Artificial Intelligence solutions.
