The Amazon Freight Partner team is seeking candidates with entrepreneurial spirit who are quick learners and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a Sr. Acquisition Marketing Manager with a strong customer focus, great instincts, and a passion for executing new marketing strategies to build awareness and lead generation programs for Amazon Freight Partner. You will influence and execute the marketing strategies to attract and acquire leads, including creating and optimizing paid media, organic, digital, and offline media campaigns, experimenting with messaging and creative, building and partnering with an agency to execute A/B testing, and designing the optimal lead acquisition experience. You’ll use customer insights to develop a segmentation and targeting strategy, and rigorously test channel and media performance to drive awareness and interest at the top of the funnel. You will leverage your expertise to influence strategic plans, work tactically to execute them, and build mechanisms to communicate and work across teams.

  • Key job responsibilities
  • Define quarterly and annual acquisition goals aligned with business objectives; manage budgets and coordinate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies
  • Develop and execute data-driven paid and unpaid marketing strategies across digital and offline channels to drive partner and driver lead generation and funnel growth
  • Identify target audiences, market opportunities, and growth channels to optimize acquisition funnels; test new channels, audience segments, and acquisition tactics
  • Own end-to-end campaign management, including paid media execution, ad copy creation, UTM/reftag tagging, and creative asset coordination across all channels
  • Partner with agencies and media partners to plan and execute campaigns; lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews, including ongoing strategy, test plans, and performance reporting
  • Optimize weekly lead and funnel performance by channel, leveraging data to inform investment decisions; conduct A/B testing of messaging, creative, and channel strategies to continuously improve performance
  • Partner with the creative team to develop, refresh, and optimize landing pages and creative assets (display ads, social content, video) for partner and driver audiences; write clear creative briefs that translate performance insights into actionable direction
  • Manage the CMS for customer-facing pages, ensuring content is current, & on-brand
  • Develop and execute bench engagement programs to drive re-engagement with prospective partners, monitoring performance and optimizing conversion

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • 5+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
  • Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
  • 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
