Position Responsibilities:

Gather, research, and define product and business requirements, write detailed functional specifications, and coordinate efforts to scope, schedule, and deploy new feature sets, innovations and opportunities based on specific market segments and targeted customers. Expand and enhance technical offerings and/or cloud-based business growth and analyze cost/benefit of feature selection. Manage IT and/or cloud-based product life cycle and best practices from strategic product roadmap planning, campaign development, feature requirements generation, and tactical go-to-market planning and execution to ensure that sales and the partner teams have what they need to be successful; create awareness and increase service adoption for the target market segments; and increase sales by leading calls with key customers. Create tools to support the success of the sales team and help identify opportunities to increase that success. Develop and interpret information to assist management with decision making, policy formulation, and related managerial functions.

Position Requirements:

Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master's degree and one year of experience. Must have one year of experience in the following skills: owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition; experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product; and experience in technical product management. Domestic and/or international travel up to 25% to perform role responsibilities may be required.
