As FBA inbound defect reduction PM, you will be in charge of auditing and improving operational processes for our Fulfiment program (FBA - Fulfilment by Amazon).
You are part of the Operational Excellence team and know the right methodologies to drive changes (Lean, Six Sigma, etc). You are obsessed with the customer experience, and want to improve processes at cheapest cost.
Key job responsibilities
Defect Reduction during inbound process
Improve processes to mitigate Seller/Operational issues
Align with other Market Places on strategies to improve
A day in the life
Track Metrics (defects, MFI) have operational contact with all Fcs to understand root causes and propose action plan to reduce defects.
You analyze processes and defects, drive continuous improvements to the supply chain design, go frequently in Fulfiment centers to test and implement changes. You build mechanisms (reportings, dashboards) to monitor progresses made, and work closely with central teams to achieve collective success.

The team is seeking for improvement in both paths, Seller Experience and Amazon Economics by improving, automatizing and creating mechanisms to reduce defects

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
