As a marketing analyst, you will lead reporting on marketing acquisition and engagement metrics for Amazon Relay, including paid media metrics, organic traffic, cost per acquisition, carriers searching, booking etc. In addition, you will be lead deep dives to solve exciting customer problems around customer acquisition and engagement. You will also be expected to lead the AI adoption within the team via working with Quicksuite and other Amazon AI tools to reduce manual overhead for you and other marketing team members.

  • Key job responsibilities
  • Weekly reporting of business facing KPIs on acquisition and engagement
  • Support team in data pulls to lead strategic initiatives around onboarding, retention and incentives (promotions).
  • Work with external agencies to standardize reporting around Search engine marketing and paid ads (Google, Meta, etc).
  • Leverage AI for dashboarding marketing data in one consolidated place. Support development of AI agents for marketing use cases.
    Experience working with Pendo tool is strongly preferred.
    About the team
    This role sits within the Relay Acquisition Marketing (RAM) team within NAST Carrier Services organization. The RAM team is responsible for driving Relay carrier acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven marketing strategies, automation, and lifecycle programs.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience using data to drive root cause elimination and process improvement

  • Experience with end-to-end project management

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
