The Echo GTM team is seeking a customer-obsessed, analytical, and strategic Product Manager to help define the course of revolutionary products.

This role will help to define hero product features, customer targeting, positioning and the full strategy of new product launches. This person will be expected to operate both strategically and tactically: maintaining operational excellence with his projects and with colleagues across Amazon.

The candidate will need to be able to prioritize effectively in a fast-changing environment, and communicate clearly and persuasively.

In this role, you will work with a cross-functional team including product development, demand planning, finance, marketing and sales to grow the business.

We are looking for a person who:
· Has executed Go-to-Market plans and worked with a cross-functional teams.
· Is a self-starter, can juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment.
· Enjoy solving problems innovatively and are good at crafting solutions.
· Quickly formulate plans that are deeply backed by data and execute them across work functions.
· Communicate clearly and effectively with cross functional groups.
· Has good analytical skills and feel comfortable in analyzing data and financial models.
· Is not afraid of rolling up his/her sleeves and do whatever is necessary to meet team goals.
· Has the obsession to drive a best-in-class experience across our Amazon Devices.

Key job responsibilities
· You will be accountable for leading Echo devices launches.
· Drive cross-functional go-to-market discussions and actions through launch.
· Be the lead senior-level product marketing voice in roadmap and product development cycles.
· Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.
· Conduct business and financial analysis, including forecasting, monitoring, and reporting.
· Work with the research and product development teams to make informed decisions about our portfolio and product marketing strategies.

A day in the life
You will operate both strategically and tactically from creation of plans to executional excellence. You will hold a high bar to ensure we are delivering the best product and experiences to our customers. This role will own launching of new devices on Amazon websites covering everything from ASIN setup to ensuring we maintain product ratings above 4 stars for all products. This role requires unrelenting tenacity to get things done, exquisite attention to detail and bias for action.

The Devices team mission is to provide Brazilian consumers with a growing selection of innovative, lovable and affordable devices and services, that inform, entertain and connect our customers. We continuously invent to provide our customers with delightful shopping experiences, while accelerating Amazon BR Flywheel, and bringing relevant long-term value for Amazon.

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with end to end product delivery
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience as a product manager or owner
  • Experience owning technology products

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
  • Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
  • Experience in leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
