The Platform Experience (PLEX) organization is seeking a dedicated, resourceful, and customer-obsessed Executive Assistant to support the Vice President of PLEX. This high-impact, high-visibility role requires outstanding planning and communication skills, solid organizational abilities, and the capacity to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple critical requests across global teams. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, experienced planner with the demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility, composure, and a good sense of humor.

You will understand business priorities, demonstrate the ability to proactively anticipate needs, and drive improvements to build capacity for the VP and their leadership team. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information is critical, as is professionalism in dealing with senior executives inside and outside of the company. You will possess the ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the whole picture. You must be able to work successfully in a team environment and build effective working relationships inside and outside the group.

Working in a highly ambiguous environment, you will complete tasks and projects quickly with minimal guidance, applying superior attention to detail, great organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple critical requests while maintaining flexibility and grace under pressure. Over time, you will build deep and trusting professional relationships with the VP and their leadership team, which will blossom into strong partnerships that provide opportunity for special projects with increased responsibility and long-term career growth.

As a strategic partner to the VP, you will lead coordination with nested Executive Assistants across the PLEX organization, fostering a process-driven, efficient, and inclusive environment. You will maintain a comprehensive knowledge of business objectives to support team goals and a thorough grasp of organizational procedures and best practices that drive operational efficiency.
