Amazon MGM Studios is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our Theatrical Marketing team in Mexico City. Reporting to the Head of Theatrical Marketing (Mexico), this role will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for film releases, ensuring smooth campaign implementation and cross-functional coordination for Mexico.
This role offers a front-row seat to theatrical marketing in action, supporting campaigns for major film releases while learning to navigate evolving audience expectations and emerging platforms.
Key job responsibilities

Creative Coordination & Trafficking

Manage print and AV campaign localization processes

Oversee creative approvals, clearances, and delivery
-
Coordinate digital and offline campaign trafficking
-
Maintain relationships with media partners
-
Manage internal tracking tools and dashboards
-
Cross-functional Coordination
-
Work closely with Marketing and Content Managers to ensure campaign alignment
-
Support marketing initiatives, events, and activations
-
Track and process marketing budgets and purchase orders
-
Facilitate communication between internal teams and external collaborators (locally and with international teams)

Analysis & Reporting
-
Prepare and maintain marketing reports and presentations

Conduct competitive analysis and market research

Track campaign performance metrics
-
Compile and distribute campaign insights
Basic Qualifications
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with a major brand or entertainment company in project/production management
- Experience in e-commerce, start ups, advertising, commercial
- Experience using data visualization tools
