We're seeking an exceptional technical recruiter to help build the next generation of cloud infrastructure solutions. Join our team and play a critical role in identifying and attracting world-class engineering talent that will shape the future of AWS technology.

Key job responsibilities
Partner with hiring teams to develop comprehensive recruiting strategies that identify and attract top-tier technical talent
Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, focusing on technical expertise, cultural alignment, and potential for innovation
Build and maintain a robust network of potential candidates through proactive market research and relationship cultivation
Design and implement recruiting processes that enhance candidate experience and support long-term organizational growth
Develop and track recruiting metrics, creating strategic plans with clear deliverables and timelines

Your day will be dynamic and impactful, connecting with brilliant technical professionals across silicon engineering, hardware design, software development, and operations. You'll engage in strategic sourcing, conduct insightful candidate interviews, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to build exceptional teams that drive technological innovation.

About the team
We are a diverse and collaborative group of professionals dedicated to pushing the boundaries of cloud technology. Our team spans development centers in the U.S. and Israel, working on projects like AWS Nitro, Graviton, and machine learning accelerators. We value creativity, technical excellence, and a passion for solving complex technological challenges.

Basic Qualifications

  • Knowledge of key technology and market trends
  • Can communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
  • Bachelor's degree or above in human resources
  • Experience recruiting technical talent in competitive markets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or experience recruiting technical talent in competitive markets
  • Knowledge of AWS or cloud technologies
  • Experience recruiting, hiring and developing talent
  • Experience recruiting for silicon engineering, hardware design, or software development roles
