The role will bring deep experience in integrated go-to-market efforts, marketing operations transformation, and cross-functional stakeholder management, with a proven track record of developing prioritization frameworks and partnering with leadership teams to achieve complex marketing goals through operational excellence and AI-enabled process improvements.

ABOUT YOU
You're a diplomatic collaborator who can drive organizational improvement through cross-functional influence at all levels. You're a rare combination of strategic thinker and executor with strong aptitude for understanding marketing campaign strategy and audience growth opportunities. You're an exceptional communicator with a knack for making complex processes simple and building consensus across diverse stakeholders. You're a systems thinker who can develop scalable, AI-first processes that balance rigor with flexibility in fast-paced environments. You're passionate about operational excellence and consistently look for opportunities to drive efficiency improvements

  • As a Director, Marketing Strategy & Operations, you will...
  • Align all marketing teams—brand & content marketing, product marketing, growth & lifecycle, paid media, and creative—around shared strategic goals by implementing processes that optimize resource allocation for measurable impact
  • Own cross-marketing prioritization during annual and quarterly planning cycles, ensuring alignment on highest-impact initiatives while enabling disciplined, cross-functional execution
  • Partner with Data & Insights to systematically capture learnings, drive rigor in campaign performance analysis, and continuously refine prioritization methodologies
  • Synthesize campaign metrics into clear, data-driven narratives that empower senior leadership to make enterprise-wide decisions
  • Serve as a thought partner to leadership on strategic marketing initiatives that improve investment ROI and operational efficiency
  • Partner with marketing technology teams to design and implement automated operational infrastructure that reduces the cost, complexity, and coordination burden of go-to-market efforts
