Position: Senior Manager, UX/Design (multiple positions available)
Location: Bellevue, Washington
Multiple Positions Available:
1. Perform as the design lead for the end to end design of largescale products that focus on a usercentered design approach.
2. Work closely with product owners, software engineers, other designers, and user researchers to create innovative design solutions.
3. Manage and mentor designers on assigned product to scope and prioritize their design work, while acting as the bar raiser for their deliverables.
4. Utilize current site data and user behavior to create design solutions that cater to the needs of targeted users.
5. Conceive and create designs that address both the primary user as well as business goals and influence future patterns to support the production workflows and systems.
6. Inform the creation of user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high fidelity mockups, and detailed UI and visual design specifications (redlines) for web and mobile.
7. Work on multiple projects concurrently while handling different types of design requests and perform design reviews for other UX designers.
8. Refine, maintain and enforce current design guidelines and strategies.
9. Adeptly handle changing priorities throughout a product life cycle.
10. Review design solutions from wide variety of teams and departments.
11. Translate complex customer interactions into simple, engaging user-centered solutions.
12. Work collaboratively with engineers, product managers, executives, and other designers in overseeing design throughout the planning and development lifecycle for interfaces to help define best-in-class user experiences.
13. Collaborate with product and technology partners to establish the right roles, skill sets, and level of funding for design in order to meet business goals.
(40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $180,300/year to $244,000/year)

Basic Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Design, Computer
Science, Art or related discipline followed by 5 years of progressive postbaccalaureate experience in UX design.
Experience must include:
1. e-Commerce and/or retail design.
2. Standard interactive design tools and process.
3. Designing in agile environments.
4. Lead/senior creative contributor.
The pay range for this position in Bellevue, Washington is $180,300/year to $244,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
