As an ICQA Manager, you’ll make sure your area is running as smoothly as it should so that we can meet its goals. You will be leading a team that helps keep our operations safe, efficient, and of a high quality and taking on a number of projects across our network to drive productivity.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English
• Employee and performance management experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with performance metrics and process improvement and Lean techniques
