セントラルオペレーションは、Amazon Logistics(AMZL)の新しい取り組みです。急速に拡大している物流の最後の区間、ラストマイルネットワークを運営するためのオペレーションを構築します。セントラルオペレーションは、注文数の予測や配送ドライバー台数の計画、運用方法を改革していくことを目指した、AMZLの要となる重要な取り組みです。
そのため、イノベーションと問題解決に情熱を持ち、世界最高レベルの顧客体験を創造する能力を持つスケジュールアシスタントを募集しています。

セントラルオペレーションのスケジュールアシスタントとして、日本にある全てのAMZLデリバリーステーション(DS)をサポートする重要な役割を担っていただきます。

勤務形態は40時間/週、日勤（08:00～17:00、13:00～22:00）シフト制勤務(土日祝日含む)となります。

• Key job responsibilities
• 当日や翌日の注文数の予測を毎日実行します
• 一日に何百万もの注文を届けるために必要な配送ドライバー台数を計画し、発注します
• Amazonの業務管理ツールを使用し、デリバリーステーションや他のチームと、配送ドライバー発注数の調整をおこないます

計画の正確性、コスト、顧客満足度に対する責任を負い、ネットワーク全体にわたってのベストプラクティスや標準作業手順の創出・展開にも貢献します。
正確かつスピード感をもって業務を進めていける方を求めています。

Basic Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Experience in Business English skills, both verbal and written

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel) experience
• Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese at a business level or above (N1+)
