Selling Partner Services continues to be high-growth and strategically important business within WW Stores org. Seller Fees team is responsible for developing science and tech products that enable this $100B+ WW business, and raise the bar on our Selling Partners experience.
Within Seller Fees, this Sr. PMT will own key products that improve the integrity of fees charged to Sellers by envisioning new products and leveraging GenAI. This PMT will partner closely with engineering, science and UX teams to develop best-in-class products for Amazon to charge fees to Sellers. This role will support WW FBA teams across 20+ stores and be the voice of seller to improve their experience of selling on Amazon.
Key job responsibilities
- Independently envision and execute large projects from start to finish including customer problem discovery, data gathering and analysis, designing creative solutions, defining product requirements and managing technical execution.
- Engage with science, engineering, and business stakeholders and customers throughout the entire product lifecycle.
- Manage prioritization and trade-offs among competing high value opportunities.
- Contribute to roadmap and OP1/OP2 planning.
- Own leadership review documents including PRFAQs, vision documents, monthly or quarterly business reviews.
A day in the life
Each day can look different depending on the product lifecycle, but here's an example:
- Review PRFAQ with senior leaders
- Define product requirements for a new feature
- Dive deep into a seller escalation with regards to existing functionality
- Provide updates for a QBR/MBR
- Analyze data to quantify impact from a recently launched feature
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, Quick Sight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
