We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead network design strategy for our Reverse Logistics operations while supporting broader End-to-End (E2E) network design initiatives. This role is responsible for designing, optimizing, and scaling the reverse logistics network to improve customer experience, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency. The successful candidate will leverage data-driven insights, modeling techniques, and cross-functional collaboration to architect network solutions that balance capacity, speed, and cost across both forward and reverse supply chains. Strong analytical capabilities, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple geographies and organizational levels are essential.
This position offers the opportunity to shape the future of reverse logistics while contributing to broader E2E network design strategy. You will work on high-impact initiatives that directly influence customer experience, operational costs, and sustainability outcomes, balancing long-term strategic planning with hands-on problem-solving in ambiguous environments.
The ideal candidate brings both analytical rigor and practical operational understanding, recognizing that network designs must be implementable and sustainable. You should be comfortable working with incomplete data, making assumptions, and iterating on solutions based on stakeholder feedback and evolving business conditions.
- Key job responsibilities
- Design and optimize end-to-end network flows for returned products, from customer initiation through final disposition (resale, refurbishment, recycling, or disposal), minimizing total cost while maximizing recovery value
- Support E2E network design initiatives by collaborating with team members on forward logistics network optimization, providing analytical support and recommendations for integrated supply chain solutions
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on network performance, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement across reverse logistics flows, utilizing data analytics to drive evidence-based decision-making
- Partner with other geos network design teams to share insights, leverage learnings from other regions, and contribute to worldwide network design standards and innovation initiatives
- Manage operational planning processes related to network design, translating strategic network vision into tactical execution plans with clear milestones and success metrics
- Present network design recommendations to senior leadership, articulating complex analytical findings through compelling narratives that drive strategic decision-making and investment prioritization
Basic Qualifications
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLook Ups) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Bachelor's degree
- Intermediate English proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience driving process improvements
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
