Amazon seeks a Payments Analyst to support APAC payments in Accounts Payable team.

This position will corporate with AP, treasury, Fin Tech and the bank, to support on-time and accurate payment process, payment healthy status monitor and payment issue resolution in priority.

This position will be expected to be familiar with payment procedure, with mindset on risk control and good understanding of financial systems, able to drive positive change in continuous process improvement.

Job Summary：

1. Support daily payment operations to ensure accurate and on-time payment processing.
2. Support Global Flex payment on-call operations.
3. Partner cross-functionally with AP, Treasury, Fin Tech, and banking partners to ensure payments are processed accurately and on time.
4. Participate in projects that contribute to operational efficiency enhancement and customer experience improvement.
5. Support payment data analysis and operational reporting.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and commerce
• Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
• Written and oral communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of finance operations/shared services or accounts payable experience
• Experience in banking/payment related area.
• Experience of working in Oracle environment.
• Could work under pressure.
