Production Planning Analyst, Supply Chain

This role requires expertise to develop network-wide strategies and drive operational excellence. Collaborate with multiple business teams including FC operations, HR, finance , supply chain, transportation, work force staffing and others.

• Key job responsibilities
• Develop and execute short/medium/long-term operational plans to optimize staffing costs.
• Supporting with warehouse staffing/capacity metrics forecasting using statistical modeling to drive a collaborative decision-make.
• Responsible for warehouse processing capacity planning data to identify trends and improvement opportunities; focus on understanding data deviations, their root causes, and driving forward-looking opportunities
• Analyze capacity planning data to identify trends and improvement opportunities and be able to present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global teams across Europe.
• Support Production planning and cost optimization initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

• • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, Business, Economics, analytics, mathematics.
• • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
• • Experience demonstrating strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data

Preferred Qualifications

• • Experience with SQL and Excel
• • Experience working in a fast paced, quickly changing or international environment
• • Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
• • Experience in capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis or equivalent
• • Experience with operations/supply chain
• • Ability to closely work with operation, finance and planning leaders to manage lead-time, capacity, and optimize the impact of labor on supply position throughout the entire supply chain
