They will partner with commercial teams and support long-term growth by providing insightful ad-hoc analysis to build product selection, supporting negotiations, and building business cases to assess new opportunities or investments.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity, is analytical, detail oriented and will possess the ability to work well with cross-functional teams across Amazon.

• Financial controllership, understanding actuals, challenging variances and tracking action plans to bring financial results back to plan when necessary and possible;

• Financial modeling, providing analytical support, and validating financial and operational results of the business;

• Ensuring a high level of financial controls are followed, maintaining data integrity;

• Active business partner co-leading the business teams for growth and profitability;

• Providing accurate and insightful financial reports;

• Finding opportunities to use global standards and transfer repetitive tasks to central teams.

Basic Qualifications

• 1+ years of finance experience
• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable or Account Payable experience
• 2+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
• Knowledge of standard software including Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL and VBA skills
• +2 YOE using data to influence business decisions
• +2 YOE in corporate finance including budgeting/planning, forecasting and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
• Experience in TM1, Data Warehouse and SQL
