Business Operations Manager:

We're looking for a results-driven strategic operator to be the Business Operations leader for the Core Shopping Organization—a 3,300-person org at the heart of
Amazon's shopping experience. Reporting directly to the VP, you'll operate as a strategic partner and force multiplier driving operational excellence, enabling
effective decision-making, and fostering a high-performing, inclusive culture. This role is pivotal in aligning cross-functional initiatives, managing business
rhythms, and ensuring seamless execution of strategic priorities across WW Stores and Amazon. You'll work closely with senior leaders across the organization, as
well as key partners in PR, finance, recruiting, and HR. If you thrive on making large organizations smarter, faster, and more agile, this is your stage.

Key job responsibilities
You'll own the operating cadence for Core Shopping—leading and managing business rhythms including leadership meetings, all-hands, and planning cycles. You'll support annual operating plan (OP1/OP2) development and execution, working with senior leaders to set strategy and priorities. You'll drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely execution of key priorities. The role requires serving as a trusted advisor and thought partner to leadership, enabling clarity, focus, and speed. You'll manage communications and change management across the organization, and support organizational health efforts including culture, inclusion, and team effectiveness. You'll coordinate with finance, HR, and other support functions to ensure operational efficiency—including headcount management and communication to hiring managers. You'll build dashboards and reporting frameworks that translate complex data into actionable insights for the VP and leadership team. You’ll anticipate business needs and identify risks before they become problems. You'll lead special projects and initiatives that span multiple teams, and prepare materials for CEO, S-team and board-level reviews, ensuring Core Shopping's story is told with precision and impact.
