We are looking for a talented WFS ACS Staffing Manager to help us find the best talent in the world to support our growth. Amazon is one of the most recognizable brand names in the world and we distribute millions of products each year to our loyal customers. The ideal candidate will work effectively with internal and external stakeholders and lead a team of staffing specialists and administrators who support the mass/high volume hiring process for hourly Customer Service Associates (CSAs). The WFS ACS Staffing Manager works with a team of specialists and administrators who are responsible for CSA Hiring in talent search and placement, process improvement, strategy development and will act as client lead for supported groups. They will foster a collaborative team environment and a strong service oriented culture that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, quality driven service to internal customers and meets customer service level agreements. You will manage an organization of Staffing Specialists and Staffing Administrators who thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment. We roll up our sleeves, work hard, have fun and make history!
Key job responsibilities
-Lead a team of Staffing Specialists and Staffing Administrator that own the end-to-end recruiting process for high volume hourly Customer Service Associates.
-Develop and manage sourcing strategies with the required level of quality, at the right price and time as required by the organization.
-Gives input to labor demand plans and create and manages scalable staffing strategies to build infrastructure and ensure team resource capabilities meet business demand.
-Evolves and implements strategies based off consistently changing needs of the business.
-Network and build relationships with external sources/organizations and keep current on recruiting sourcing trends in the industry (including but not limited to social media, etc.)
-Act as an advisor to clients by providing deep functional expertise in relation to recruitment. -Participating in client meetings to understand the business and future plans at the site or city level.
-Develops and maintains relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
-Owns the Employer Branding relationship and collaboration to build a country strategy.
-Manages the analysis of reporting of performance via Key Performance Indicators such as fill rate, quality of hire, candidate experience etc.
-Lead improvement projects both within the function and across functions to impact a positive candidate experience. Also look for opportunities for automation or process optimization with the usage of tools.
-Owns the hiring for complex roles like non-native languages or other niche roles or may include fulfillment across multiple sites or countries.
-Owns closure for candidate escalations and create mechanisms for a long term solution.
-Represent the recruiting team at local level leadership meetings, reviews and discussions. May be required to represent at regional level.
-Lead/focus on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives including planning events to showcase Amazon as an Equal Opportunity Employer.
-Lead, hire and developing the right talent in the team and ensure the team is appropriately staffed during Peak seasons.
-Owns business meetings to review recruiting results updating leadership on all data and details on a routine cadence.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree.
- 5+ years of Recruiting/HR experience in a high volume hiring function or similar environment.
- 2+ years of leading a team with experience in hiring and developing talent.
- Effective communication skills in both written and verbal with fluency in the English language (speak, read, write).
- Proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience of using data to make decisions and driving metrics.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues independently, will take initiative - sense of accountability and sound personal judgment.
- Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Recruiting experience in the Customer Service or Operations Industries.
