The Supply Run Manager will oversee the end‑to‑end operations of the Supply Run network within the Hub Delivery program. This role is responsible for managing the fleet of trucks that connect Delivery Stations with Hub Delivery small‑ and medium‑business partners (SMBs) using a milk‑run operating model. Success in this position requires a highly focused, systems‑driven leader who can design scalable processes, identify operational bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement.

This person will collaborate closely with product, tech, and field operations teams to implement tools and solutions that enhance routing, scheduling, and real‑time visibility. They will also ensure that daily operations run smoothly, safely, and in alignment with broader Hub Delivery goals.

This is a high‑impact role for someone who thrives in fast‑moving environments, enjoys solving complex logistics challenges, and is motivated by building systems that scale.

  • Key job responsibilities

  • Own day‑to‑day operations of the Supply Run network, ensuring reliable, efficient truck movements between Delivery Stations and Hub Delivery SMB partners.

  • Optimize truck utilization and cost efficiency through data‑driven decision‑making, continuous improvement, and operational rigor.

  • Collaborate with tech and product teams to identify, influence, and deploy technology solutions that improve routing, scheduling, and visibility.

  • Monitor performance metrics (e.g., utilization, on‑time performance, cost per route) and drive corrective actions when needed.

  • Develop and maintain SOPs, ensuring consistent execution across all Supply Run operations.

  • Partner with field operations and Delivery Station teams to resolve issues, improve handoffs, and maintain service quality.

  • Identify bottlenecks and operational risks, proposing and executing mitigation strategies.

  • Lead vendor or partner engagement for trucking providers, ensuring compliance with safety, service, and cost expectations.

  • Support long‑term network planning, including capacity forecasting, route design, and scalability assessments.

  • Champion a culture of safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement
