We are seeking an AI GTM specialist who will drive & own partner GenAI related LARR.

• Key job responsibilities
• Drive & own partner GenAI related LARR;
• Develop GenAI partner capabilities Map to facilitate the partner selections of GenAI opportunities;
• Develop partner play strategy and mechanisms for GenAI related business incl. GPU/LLM resell, AWS services and tools adoptions and resell incl. Kiro/Agent Core/Quick Suite etc. Partner GenAI solutions and applications build & GTM;
• Enable partner GenAI capabilities with support from SSO, PSA etc. and drive partner Competency obtainment.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
• 3+ years of working with Core Cloud Technology Services, including, but not limited to Compute, Edge, Hybrid, Security, and/or Networking experience
• 3+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
• 3+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage experience
• Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, material science, physics or equivalent, or experience in defining and creating benchmarks for assessing GenAI model performance

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent
• Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
• Experience assessing portfolio opportunity to make the appropriate long term strategic investments while maintaining the short-term delivery of leads
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
