Amazon is now driving its business growth up with its strong global supply chain capability. With the growing cross border business and team expansion, we are seeking for an Program Manager to lead and support global cross border operation Supply Chain optimization, topology expansion and operation excellence improvement in China and South-East-Asia. This role is under Amazon Global Logistics organization. We are looking for the talent with experiences and knowledge in Program management, Zero to one product go-live, Cross border logistic industry, sufficient analytical / exceptional communication skills, and good lean mindset to drive process improvement. This individual shall have a CAN-DO attitude and an ability to solve problems independently with ambiguities, obstacles and time bounded. Safety, Quality, Customer Experience and productivity/efficiency will be the areas that individuals always need to focus on.
As Operation Program manager, you will be responsible for below areas:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive program/product that aligns with our business objectives.
- Manage the creation, distribution, and maintenance of program schedule, ensuring they are up-to-date, relevant, and effective.
- Coordinate across Product, Supply Chain, Procurement, BI, Operation and Sales team to ensure each product launch is coordinated with proper measure in-place to ensure on-time delivery.
- Lead change management process to facilitate post-launch activities.
- Continue to maintain and improve products and operation service level to meet customers demand.
- Drive 3rd party service provider operation capability and flexibility to provide competitive logistic service from GLS.
- Communicate effectively across multiple technical and non-technical business units, as well as across geographies.
- Develop data visualization capabilities to provide insights to business leaders on performance and trends - what’s working and what’s not working.
Basic Qualifications

- 3+ years of program or project management experience
-
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
-
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

- Bachelor's degree
-
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Preferred Qualifications
-
- 3+ years of in Logistics/freight forwarding/Supply Chain industry as a Broker/Customs agent experience

- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

- Experience building processes, project management from Zero to One
